Restructuring the platform experience
BalkanID required a modern, scalable experience for its AI-driven identity governance platform. As the product evolved, its information architecture and workflows became increasingly complex, making it difficult for users to efficiently navigate access discovery, lifecycle management, and audit-related tasks.
Designing for scalability and validation
To simplify the experience, I restructured the platform's information architecture and designed new features, including custom insight creation and RBAC visualisation. I created detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts with users and stakeholders before development. I also built a comprehensive UI kit that established design consistency across the platform and enabled seamless collaboration with the engineering team.

The revamped lifecycle and risk analysis dashboards introduced clearer data visualisations, enhanced filtering, and more actionable insights, resulting in a more engaging and efficient user experience.
